Okay, he was only a 190+ climber but the best talent of his team. So we decided to train him.
Mironas Gazis
CL: Very good
DH: Small
HL: Average
SP: Small
FR: None
CB: None
TT: Good
TQ: Small
CL has maxed at 84
DH is S, maxed at 55
HL is AV, reached 49 so far
So, currently 188-climber and still some room for improvement. If we remember well he started at 101 point, so with a bit of luck with AV-maxing he should do just fine as a climber.
Question at Nostos Ithaca is now:
Do we sell him to get funds for new trainees for the Greek NT? If so, what should be the starting bid we are looking for?
Do we train him after finishing his Climbing training? If so, do we train his TT first or better leave this for another team with the TTCenter? Than what? Up FR a bit?
Look forward to opinions of others.

Looks like he is maxed. Result 203 climber (84-55-64) without sidestats. So no worries about how to proceed :(
Thanks both :)
on how to finsih training : HL for sure, but then FR and TQ ?
I would go on training him for your own team, it will ot cost you much from now on, and he will be your strongest rider and should be able to score in div5-7 if you can back him with CL TMs.
Then, if you really need money for new trainees you will be able to sell him at a decent price, I guess. This way, you will have earned back part of your training costs.
As Silenzio suggests, ask for advice
Nice rider anyhow!
Maybe put your question about training in the "free training advice" section. Was helpful to me.
